Diversity Statement of Board

The Company is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The Board of the Company strives to ensure that its members and its Committees reflect diversity in its broadest sense possible, taking into account the size of the Company and stage of development. The Board believes that a range of skills, experiences, qualifications, and backgrounds provide a mix of perspectives and diversity of thought to guide the business, overcome challenges, improve business performance and support good decision making by the Board.

This ethos is reflected in the Governance Guidelines of its ultimate parent, AFG, the principles of which the Board has adopted.

The Chairperson also undertakes an annual performance evaluation of the Board, which considers the effectiveness of the Board, and includes a consideration of, among other things, the diversified representation on the Board.
